Walsh IBS. alongside Caddick Construction, has been awarded the contract to build a new campus for The Manchester College.
The new Openshaw Campus is part of the college’s plans to create teaching and training facilities across Manchester. It will also involve refurbishing parts of Whitworth House for teaching and staff quarters.
Part of the build contract will see the creation of a new sports complex and construction facility. We will also refurbish and remodel existing spaces to create new areas for the study of construction, engineering and motoring.
The project will see Walsh IBS and Caddick work with architect Ellis Williams, structural engineer Bell Munro Consulting and quantity surveyor Pearson Fraser.
