Walsh IBS is part of an exciting project to renegerate a naval dockyard into modern apartments.
Chatham Waters is located on the mouth of the Medway Waterfront Peninsula in Kent. The regeneration project takes place on the site of a 26-acre former historic naval dockyard.
Regeneration proposals include the creation of a world-class residential, commercial, retail and educational destination within this unique setting.
Walsh IBS is providing a Full MEP Package on 193 one, two and three-bedroom apartments in six and seven-storey buildings at the site, with a contract value of £3.85m).
Working alongside Russell Construction for Peel Holdings, the £33.5m project is now underway.
It’s due to complete in spring 2021.
