Internal is driven by the desire to improve quality output, as well as developing employee satisfaction and effectiveness. External factors are dictated by government legislation and specific customer requirements. Where possible a pro-active approach is applied in order to anticipate future requirements.

All employees within the company shall be afforded the opportunity to engage in training to further both their personal and professional skills and abilities. Annual review of required skill sets in order to meet revised legislation take place at the instigation of both employee and management Documentation and records of all employees training are kept as part of Walsh Integrated Building Services Ltd Quality Procedures.
