Walsh Integrated Building Services have undertaken a number of refurbishments for Lancashire County Council including Care Homes, Children Centres and School refurbishments in Burnley, Accrington, Colne and Blackpool.

Our current projects involve innovative working with the use of pre-fabricated materials which is essential to meet tight deadlines in the academic timescale.

 

Featured left is Marsden Heights Community College is a current educational project on the East Lancashire BSF Programme. It is a 9,500m² new build project and is due for completion towards the end of the year.

We also have an emphasis on sustainable energy installations.
